Brian Govberg has been sharing his passion for horology with friends, family, and watch enthusiasts for as long as he can remember, having been raised against the backdrop of the luxury watch industry. He represents the fourth generation of the Govberg family to be actively engaged in the trade, holding the company’s founding traditions of excellence in client service—and representation of exceptional products—in the highest regard.
Danny Govberg is a pioneering force of the contemporary watch industry. His vision and passion for watches and technology empowered the evolution of Govberg from a Philadelphia-based retail shop to one of the world’s premier authorized dealers.The Boutique builds from that legacy, representing a new milestone shared with generations of both the Govberg family and Patek Philippe.
Rachael is a marketing expert with over 14 years of experience in the luxury timepiece industry. She began her career working on the agency side with the Richemont portfolio, moved in-house to Officine Panerai, and ultimately spent six years leading digital marketing teams at Rolex and Tudor in New York City. Rachael has extensive experience across retail and marketing disciplines, showcasing her versatility and results-oriented leadership. In 2021, she moved to Miami after 11 years in New York City. After establishing her own marketing consultancy in Miami, Rachael found her way back to her true passion: the luxury timepiece industry.
Maria Calello was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, and has lived in Miami for 18 years. Her career in the luxury goods industry began in 2010 while studying Fashion Merchandising at Miami International University of Art and Design. Maria spent nearly a decade at Van Cleef & Arpels as Director of the brand’s Boca Raton boutique, and has also worked with brands including Cartier and Rolex. Maria offers a personalized approach to advising watch enthusiasts, founded on trust, expert horological insight, and the principles of Patek Philippe.
Born and raised in Paris, Louis discovered the watch world at a young age through his father, an avid collector. Learning about craftsmanship and micro-mechanized engineering ignited Louis’ long standing dedication to horology. Louis holds a Master’s degree from CREA Genève in Marketing and Communication for the luxury sector. While pursuing his degree, Louis began working as a client advisor for Bremont Watch Company in New York City, going on to become Junior Manager at Frederique Constant in Paris. Louis’ deep knowledge of the industry, the craft, and the culture of collection enables him to provide clients with the most exceptional experience.
Keeno Parker is a luxury sales executive with more than 20 years of experience. He discovered his love for watches during his tenure at a retailer in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. That same year, Vacheron Constantin launched their Overseas collection, sparking a lifelong passion for horology. Keeno possesses a deep understanding of the watch and luxury industries, informed by his work at luxury brands including Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hermes, Gucci, and Lamborghini. He has held leadership roles at each company, implementing effective strategies to promote the highest level of client experience—the foundation of Keeno’s professional ethos.
Gabriela brings extensive luxury retail background to Patek Philippe Boutique Miami. With a background at renowned brands like Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, and Harry Winston, she excels in delivering exceptional customer service and managing service repairs.
As a Customer Care Specialist, Gabriela leverages her dedication and meticulous attention to detail to ensure each timepiece receives the highest level of care. She prioritizes transparent communication and keeps clients informed throughout the entire service process. A recent transplant from New York, Gabriela enjoys exploring the vibrant culture and diverse experiences that Miami has to offer.
Prisila brings nearly six years of retail experience, having worked with prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton and Bucherer. Throughout her career, she has honed her ability to deliver exceptional client experiences, always believing that understanding client needs is the essence of luxury. This philosophy drives her work as a Boutique Assistant at the esteemed Patek Philippe Boutique Miami Design District. For Prisila, working with people is a timeless skill, continuously evolving with every interaction.
Outside of her professional life, she stays active in the gym and pursues a diverse range of interests, from psychology to neuroscience.
